INFRASTRUCTURE
In order to boost tourism emphasis is laid on the favourable geographical location of Várpalota and its surroundings, natural and scenic endowments of the Bakony, architectural, industrial-historic relics of settlements and traditional cultural and sports events.
With the acquaintance and further development of these we strive to promote inland and international tourism in the town and the surrounding villages. This is also assisted by Várpalota's twinning and partner town relationships.
