Natural characteristics
One of the settlements located at the highest altitude in the Bakony, the Tés plateau is 461 metres above sealevel.
Its surroundings are uniquely beautiful, rich in natural treasures. There are thirty karst caves in the vicinity of the village, Római-fürdő (Roman bath) is a frequented place for excursions in the valley of the Gaja brook in Nána forest.
Peculiarities are feather grass waving on the Kopasz-hallgató, the waterfall of Római-fürdő (Roman bath) in the Gaja valley.
