Changes in the 90s
Together with the change in regime economic changes also transformed the composition of inhabitants. Besides unemployment the high number of forced entrepreneurs, forced pensioners was also characteristic. Many people undertook retraining in a different profession so that they could adapt into the new system, others resigned into the lower standard of unemployment and dependence on benefits.
